Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the service. Refund policy: because we can never get back the time, product and energy used to perform a service, we do not offer refunds. We do offer an adjustment the same week as your service if there is an issue, within reason. Our only goal is to make people love their hair.
